前台人員，客房及餐廳服務人員都挺友善助人！酒店設施都不錯！客房舒適，但略小！距離海雅繽紛城十來分鐘步行！客房有冰箱，大電視，保險箱，體重秤等等。也有地上地下停車場！地下停車場車位高峯時間會有點緊張！自助餐，早餐都挺豐富！
