房間很濕地面漏水，設施簡陋，燒水壺特別臟，床品衞生差有頭髮，蟲子很多，衞生間返味，聞了一晚上的便便味，關鍵是服務態度特別差，問路不給説，要麼就説不知道，本地人説不知道？還死貴，住別的地方30平套房比這要便宜的多，坑消費者，村裡水平素質就是差，真心建議大家不要住這種民宿，衞生是一方面，安全性也很差，處在深山下，四周無臨，離海邊也挺遠的，連個綠燈都沒有，虛假宣傳，謹防上當。

3號到4號住了兩晚，環境好，24小時有熱水，房間乾淨衞生，樓頂可以曬衣服，老闆娘態度好，有電動車出租，老闆娘還熱心告訴我們楊梅坑哪裡可以趕海，附近吃飯很方便，有很多農莊餐廳。

民宿地理位置很好，離桔釣沙沙灘步行10分鐘左右，旁邊有不少農家莊，吃飯方便。老闆娘很熱情，會幫忙解決各種問題。樓頂可以晾曬衣服。租上民宿的電動機，可以實現楊梅坑交通自由。

衞生：乾淨舒服，民宿的環境非常優美。
民宿裏有單車，電動車，快艇出租，這個比較方便
周邊離桔釣沙沙灘，七星灣遊艇會很近~
另外老闆人也很熱情，對當地的風土人情介紹的也很詳細

選了好多家最後定了嵐灣，這是離桔釣沙最近的一家民宿。選的眼花繚亂的，品質也參差不齊，一個選不好可是會整個行程鬧心
