朋友以前住過，這次過來試一下，確實是物美價廉，首先是衞生非常乾淨，衞生間雖小但是很好用，床品一客一換，老闆娘服務很好，一個電話到門口迎接，地理位置也好，地鐵站在樓下，深圳站出來走路3分鐘，到羅湖口岸走路5分鐘，下次來深圳沒有其他選擇肯定還住這兒了。

位置非常好，地鐵口出來就是，離羅湖口岸步行幾分鐘，老闆提前下樓來接，麻雀雖小 五臟俱全，如果臨時住非常推薦，性價比超高，對面就是羅湖村小吃一條街

公寓位置好，坐地鐵1號線、9號線和公交站都很近。周邊吃飯、購物店鋪也很多。房間不大，但是乾淨。

衞生：連續休了很多天，姐姐每天都幫我打掃了衞生
環境：挺好的，房間比較隔音，很安靜
服務：超級好，姐姐親自幫我提行李送到住所
