The hotel location is great for lay over at Shenzhen with its proximity to the airport. It is 5 mins walk to Airport East Metro Station and to a street full of restaurants, convenient stores, some clothings and a massage shop.
Room and bed is huge. It is clean and basic, good for the price you pay. There was a misunderstanding on my booking and was resolved favourably, thanks to the afternoon shift front desk girl. Do note that standard rooms don't come with free airport transfer.
Overall it was a good lay over hotel, and I will book again if I'm in Shenzhen.

It does not live up to the 3 star rating, it’s barely a 2. The place is filthy. The floor and walls are scratched up. The washroom stink. They put in minimal effort to clean the rooms. It says opened in 2023, but the place looks like it was renovated with items from the dollar store. Very noisy. Would not recommend.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, close to the voyage police station, giving people a sense of security. Their free drop-off service is really thoughtful and saves passengers a lot of trouble. The service of this hotel is really very considerate, especially their free airport transfer service impressed me. The car is clean and tidy, the driver is friendly and very professional. Whether they arrive late at night or leave early in the morning, they arrive on time to ensure my journey is smooth and hassle-free. The service of the yellow butler is very good, which not only saves me the transportation cost, but also makes me feel the intimate care of the hotel for the guests. You get more than what you paid, Room is large , Location is good 3-4mins walk to subway also near airport , staff is very helpful and willing to assist your request. If you have only one-two days in ShenZhen this is your good and affordable choice. Recommended.

There was cockroaches in the room when we checked in. Horrifying. The service staffs that attended us was quite good though. Checked in about 3am in the morning, too much of a hassle to request for switch of room when the roach was spotted.

Room for 2 beds was extremely spacious, beds were also quite large, maybe twin sized but definitely bigger than single. It was a comfortable stay the day before our early morning flight. However, there was no complementary shuttle service and it was almost impossible to call a taxi. Walking from this hotel would be 2 hours, and the front desk was not helpful in helping us call taxi. We had to walk to the hotel next door to call a taxi for 5 people.
