Good good very good

The store's service attitude is good, the location is good, and the scenery outside the window is good. The water temperature in the shower room in the room was unstable. In the end, I had to take a bath in the public shower room in the living room! The sound insulation is not good. When the door is closed, the light from the living room corridor can come in through the crack in the door, so it is not soundproof at all! Other guests in the same suite waited until 11 or 12 pm to check in. All kinds of noises affected their rest. The next day at around 6 pm, children and adults started talking loudly and opening and closing doors constantly. They were woken up early!

The location of the B&B is about a 15-minute walk from the Convention and Exhibition Center Station and a 10-minute walk from the nearest Galaxy Coco Park shopping mall. The location is pretty good. The room area is 300 square feet. The rent is more than 300 yuan, which is acceptable. However, the room is actually a suite in an independent unit. Although it has an independent bathroom, it is adjacent to two other rooms and shares the entrance and exit of the lobby of the same unit (commonly known as a subdivided room). It is also poorly soundproofed and lacks privacy. . On the day of check-in, the cleanliness of the room was average. There were no paper towels in the toilet. The hot and cold water system in the shower was a bit broken, resulting in unstable hot water supply. The wardrobe door was loose, etc. It was disappointing.

老闆很和善，服務細緻周到。在會展中心附近，是性價比很高的房子了。整套是3室一廳的，一個大房間，一箇中型房間，一個比較小的房間，客廳和衞生巾共用，洗漱用品是一次性的小包裝，比較衞生，房間打掃的也乾淨，衣櫃，書桌，Wifil都有的，出行特別方便（出來就有地鐵和等候的出租車）。我覺得幾個好朋友一起入住或者全家一起旅遊入住特別適合。商務旅行價格很實惠。祝願老闆生意興隆，越來越好！

已經是第N次入住這裏了，市景簡直太好看了，每次來深圳都會選擇這裏，房間簡潔乾淨，躺在床上往外一看就是會展中心，樓下就是各種商圈和購物中心。去香港十分鐘就能到達福田站！！，想去香港的小夥伴還有看深圳市景和燈光秀的寶子們有福了，一定要試試！

住着很舒服，衹能説，性價比之神，下次還來。 衞生很好，乾淨整潔。 老闆人很好，服務拉滿了屬於是哈哈哈 設施還是很完善的，都有，反正非常滿足我這種來深圳玩幾天的學生，住三個晚上價格也善良。 性價比超高，旁邊也有住户，但是素質都好，互不影響，雖説沒有獨立衞浴，但個人作息時間不同，所以相當於獨立衞浴了。 總結：下次還來

第一個隔板間房間太冷了，陰冷陰冷的，第一天住進去就給我凍發燒了，去醫院檢查＋開葯花了將近300塊錢，然後房東讓我自己花錢升級了這個房型（美其名曰還能幫我“免費取消”這個房型的預訂以便讓我訂升級房型，不得不誇一手好虛偽），因為那個房間單人電熱毯還沒到，衹有這個房間的雙人床有電熱毯且是變頻空調能制熱（我尋思一個能制熱的空調，這不是你們早就應該做好的嗎？） 然後第二天攜程寫着可以免費延遲退房到14點退，我第二天生病醒過來中午11點給管家發微信，她怪我沒提前和她打招呼（？？？），今天這間房有人訂了並且要提前入住，衹能給我延半小時，於是我勉強爬起來收拾好了滾蛋了。。。。還有第一天發自拍用於人臉識別，我不是很想發（畢竟涉及私隱，給陌生人發照片），於是隨便找了一張，管家讓我重新發一個別的。。也不説哪裡有問題，我真的感覺很不舒服。 住了兩天（要不是因為凍發燒了我第二天就跑了）很無語，很彆扭，真的不滿意這個服務態度。 我離開這裏以後訂的大梅沙的房，因為35㎡的大房沒人訂，我都沒提，房東一上來就主動免費給我從25㎡升級了35㎡的房型，打電話問了也有制熱空調。。。這。。。衹能説服務態度高下立見吧，平心而言這裏確實讓我感覺很不舒服，我從江蘇南京蘇州一路到廣州和深圳，這裡是讓我最難受的兩家之一。

離會展中心很近，來看展的，可惜下雨，不然福田CBD的景應該不錯

老闆人很好，服務態度一流，準備了小食品和水果，賓至如歸。 房間的風景也很好。 距離展會就一條馬路，非常方便。 周邊配套蠻齊全的，交通也方便快捷。 對於參加展會的人而言，是非常不錯的出行選擇。

來深圳必住民宿，位置絕了，房東小姐姐服務態度超級好，民宿環境無比整潔。下次來還住這裏。
