This hotel is excellent in every aspect! It's clean, comfortable, and the service is attentive. The facilities are also new, and the location is convenient for getting around. A perfect experience, I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The front desk staff kindly upgraded me to a room with a window for free. The room was very clean and the bed was soft. The window was a bay window, and even the toilet was smart and heated, so it won't be cold in winter. Service: The service was excellent! Complimentary Evening Drink/Coke (2 bottles, pick up at front desk): They also offer complimentary milk. Environment: It's very convenient with shops downstairs.

They didn't have any milk available for the evening, so I just got a Coke instead. I then called the front desk to request two more bottles of water, as the two complimentary bottles in the room were insufficient. The front desk agent told me that since my room had been upgraded, I would need to pay for any additional water. I then asked if they could send water instead of the Coke, and they agreed. This is genuinely my first time encountering a hotel that charges for just two extra bottles of water – it's not like I was asking for a huge quantity! Absolutely ridiculous. Everyone, avoid this place at all costs. Their claims are completely fabricated. They are so incredibly stingy they wouldn't even provide basic complimentary water, yet they had the audacity to ask me for a good review.

My stay here was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless, and the attention to detail truly stood out. The front desk staff were incredibly warm, efficient, and super helpful – they answered all our questions with such attentiveness. The hotel's central location is perfect, with countless delicious restaurants right outside and extremely convenient transport links. I'll definitely be choosing this place again on my next visit!

My stay was excellent. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was extremely comfortable. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and efficient, always going above and beyond to assist with any request, which made for a truly comfortable experience. Plus, the room's projector offered direct access to Tencent VIP content.

It's a decent hotel, though a bit small as only the second floor has rooms. The bathroom was a bit cramped, and the desk in the room was too small to even fit takeout food. Otherwise, everything else was good. It's a 10-minute walk to the subway station.

This is my third stay at An's Hotel, and it was still a flawless experience! The smart bidet toilet was incredibly comfortable, and the robot delivery service was super convenient. There's a new convenience store right downstairs now, and the location and transportation links are superb. The service is also consistently thoughtful and attentive.
