房間真是糟蹋，骯髒地板也是黑的，那些梳化污跡非常明顯，而且還黏腳，房內插座太少，想給電話充電也要找插座，找到的插座也未必有電，煙味很大，帶小孩的千萬不要去這間酒店，蚊子很多，整晚睡覺也拍蚊，電動梳化變壓器居然沒有插電線的。
唯酒店機場光態度很好，看見有事也很幫忙，另外那間套房的浴缸是新的有按摩功能，終有一樣東西可以平衡心態。
這種水平能叫酒店嗎？

服務：前台愛答不理的，兩個酒店合併在一個前台，不知道是不是業務不是太熟悉還是其他原因，就是跟她説話就像沒聽到一樣。

酒店各方面還算可以，最受不了就是沒網絡，wifi一直是壞的，房間電視都用不了，客廳電視勉強能看，就是網絡一卡一卡，希望能有所改善
