Location was bad and air conditioner is not working

The apartment hotel was perfect. Exactly as described on the website and in photos. The boss was very helpful and friendly and I extended my stay longer. The location is great for seeing the city also!

All in all, it's not a bad spot to stop at to kill a business trip night as merely to transfer from HongKong to ShenZhen and connect to the next destination. It's not the best choice, but economically speaking, it's not a bad place. Easy going and convenient to dine and all the other things needed. Well, it takes a good effort to find this place to check in though. You might need to use your map to watch very closely to check in.

It is different from the actual description. It may only be 10 square meters. The internal space is very narrow and you can't even turn around.

How about you pay me some money, boss? First, after I got the room card and opened the door, the photos were seriously inconsistent with the actual room. Is this a scam? Look at Figure 1, you can see that the room is very crowded and narrow, and there is no privacy. There is a large window behind the curtains that is close to the next building. Secondly, there are unknown black stains on the curtains, and the curtains are directly next to the bed. It is difficult to evaluate the hygiene. Second, it is the first time I have seen a hotel or apar**ent that does not have a button or tool for flushing the toilet. You have to use a trash can instead. There is even no faucet in the toilet. It took me an hour to figure out how to turn on the shower. Please see Figure 2 for the hygiene of the toilet. The black stain in Figure 2 The garbage can is used to flush the toilet; thirdly, the only faucet in this room is broken and cannot be fixed at all. Since there is no faucet in the toilet, I tried to use the water from the kettle to flush the toilet. The moment I turned on the kettle was a critical hit, because it was too horrible. I didn't look carefully to see if there were sour and smelly tea leaves or mold in it for several years. Anyway, those bugs and mosquitoes rushed to my face when I turned on the kettle. I was asking for my psychological shadow area; fourthly, when we went upstairs to the hotel room, we saw the hotel's towels and sheets thrown directly at the stairs, even the yellow bath towels, and no one dealt with them at all. Fifthly, I don't quite understand what the purpose of this sticky mouse pad is here. There is no place to put this table for eating. The whole table is sticky. And this chair is really not good. Give it a towel pad. Is it really so dirty? If I can give 0 points, I will not give this store 1 point. The sanitary environment is really very poor, the safety is not guaranteed, and the sound insulation effect is also very poor. I don't recommend it ten thousand times.

The location is close to the subway station and is easy to find. The room environment is elegant and ventilated. The front desk service is warm and responsible. The room is clean and hygienic. There are many good things to eat downstairs.

It is only a few hundred meters away from Shenzhen North Station. The hotel has complete facilities, a clean environment, and good service attitude at the front desk. It is a good experience with high cost performance

To be honest, both the actual scene and the description of the store were not consistent. I booked a deluxe twin room, but I had to lower my head to walk in the room. There was no hot water in the toilet, the sound insulation was not good at all, and there was someone knocking on the door in the middle of the night.

It's a long way from the subway station, and I took a long detour according to the map instructions. In fact, the route is quite simple. It is located in an apar**ent hotel in the city-centre community. There are many restaurants nearby, and there are markets and night markets in the morning and evening, which are quite lively. Fortunately, the check-in time was good, and I met a kind and hospitable owner. I received a lot of help, and the bedding was new, soft, and easy to sleep on.

Clean, hygienic, ventilated and comfortable, it is a good hotel for business trips.
