Location quite convenient, accessible via underground railway. Room facilities good.

We stayed for 2 nights. Everything was good, I recommend this hotel. The hotel location is near the market and restaurants.

New and modern hotel , control using Smart Home System . Room is clean and comfortable . Customer service is on the top level , they support me when I face any difficulty . The hotel even provide light meal to their customers like porridge and mantou to cure hungry mess on late night . Hotel breakfast buffet is awesome too . Worth the money and happy to stay . Hotel is not too far from the metro where you can easily access to anywhere in ShenZhen. Looking forward to stay in this hotel if come to Shen Zhen again .

Hotel is very new and close distance to the metro. The customer service is friendly, room is clean and tidy. The room even comes with an AI assistant (language limited to mandarin only) for better convenience to stay lazy, can stay without it is fine.

The check in was smooth. Front desk very welcoming. The hotel room is very clean despite smaller than I expected. Convenience store just one step away. Overall everything is exceptional.

Great hotel, great stay. The only reason I don’t give a perfect score is because the amenities require Chinese ability to use - air conditioning is a ‘smart’ system that responds to Chinese voice commands.

The hotel services and facilities are good in all aspects. Except that it is a bit far from the subway station. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from Exit A of Hongling North Station. I am very satisfied with everything else, especially the breakfast. There are many choices and free laundry. The service and drying service, although the fitness room does not have many types, is also very good. As for the night porridge, in addition to porridge, there are also snacks, which is really unexpected, and the price/performance ratio is high👍🏻

The only bad experience was the mosquitoes. I was bitten by the same mosquito and got three large bites near my eyes. It was really picky. Fortunately, I killed it in the end. It was red, swollen and itchy. I was in a bad mood. Other than that, the hotel has a five-star rating and the front desk even upgraded me for free. Thank you.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, there is a robot to deliver food, it is very convenient without going downstairs, the environment is very good, there is a vitamin filling station and fruit to eat in the lobby in the afternoon. There are washing machines, dryers and ironing machines on the third floor for free use, which is very convenient.
