Chain of hotels which was surprisingly good and well designed. Modern look of rooms which has the needed bathroom and digital amenities. The sound barrier could be improved. Well worth the price quality.

Very comfortable stay, nice and clean, convenient too as only 3 mins away from the nearest underground station. Friendly and helpful staff too. Even had a little gift for our child for the 5.1 public holiday - very thoughtful! 🍊👍🏼 Will happily stay here again.

Probably one of my worst hotel experiences in Shenzhen and a shame because the room itself was pretty decent! First off, the hotel is in a building with a bunch of other businesses including a karaoke and unfortunately we were given a room in the 6/F which is right above the karaoke - and you know the rest of the story. Secondly, the way the light switches in the room are wired is bizarre. It’s basically one switch for the whole room, INCLUDING the bathroom!!! So you can imagine what happens when it was bedtime and someone was still in the bathroom… or vice versa. There is no individual switch for the toilet (aka potty) and it kept going off automatically so you’re constantly hitting the bathroom switch on and off to get it back on. All in all, I would not stay here again even though the room was very clean and amenities were satisfactory.

After the epidemic, since the reopening of the economy, I have been traveling around and exploring hotels/restaurants during my holidays. Your hotel is very cost-effective at this price. The location is both prosperous and quiet. It is only a few minutes walk from Huaqiang South Station. The front desk clerk "Xiao Lin" quickly helped me check in. Since I was a light sleeper, he also helped me arrange a quieter room and taught me how to get to Huaqiang North Station. The room hardware is very good and clean. The room is large and the hygiene is ideal. There is no scale in the bathroom/wash basin. The air conditioner is sufficient. There are many TV channels. The water pressure is strong and the hot water is sufficient. The shampoo/shower/moisturizer provided The hair conditioner/hand sanitizer all smell of orange, which smells great, and the check-out speed is fast. Lots of choices for breakfast. But of course there are shortcomings. During busy hours, you have to find a seat and wait for a table by yourself. It would be better if there are staff to arrange queues to be seated. I will recommend my friends to stay in your hotel

This is the second time I booked this hotel. The location is good, close to Futian and Huanggang Pass. The staff’s service is very enthusiastic👍👍👍
