It was a place I made a hasty reservation for. It's not easy to find the entrance. However, when you enter the room, the bed, kitchen and bathroom are neatly organized. This hotel is great value for money.

The staff are polite and helpful. We forgot to bring adapters and they provide them for free. The location of the hotel is excellent, just opposite the Excellence INTOWN Shopping Centre next to the line no 1 MTR GangXia station.

Unbeatable for its price. The location is great, in close proximity of some large malls as well as a metro station; Has plenty of takeaway spots nearby so you’ll never run out of options even late at night; Sheets are pretty good, though the mattress could be a bit firmer; Immaculately cleaned too.

Excellent Service. Concierge staff are warming, professional and experienced with global clients. Cleaning staff are kind, helpful and thorough. Rooms are clean and well managed. Building is staffed by security 24/7, they are also very professional and welcoming. The Hotel has a package receiving center (Cai Niao) which is very convenient for long term guests like myself who need to receive packages. Also ordering takeout (wai mai) is extremely convenient. Prime location in Futian across from One Avenue and about 10 miniute walk to Coco Park. Super easy location to get DiDi and a two blocks away from Subway. Great Value, checks all the boxes. I look forward to my next stay here.

We booked this hotel for the location. It is really hard to beat, and great value for money. The room was a bit smaller than expected, but no complaints as we weren't staying for very long. Comfortable beds and clean room. We slept very well. We are usually quite picky, but would recommend this place for an over night stay!

It was clean, bed was soft and has a big balcony with city view. I would recommend.

In April, I was expecting to get a proper rest with my family by spending our time together in a 4.7 rated hotel. As we were first time travelling in China, we spent 3hours plus just to search for the hotel. So apparently, this hotel is actually a condominium. There is no signage at all of the hotel. The Google map and Trip.com map does not show the exact location. The address provided was misleading too. Residents and the staff from the business building next to it don't even know the existence of this hotel. We spent 2hours to search for the hotel at 深圳福田会展中心. Even though we are super exhausted with our searching journey to this hotel, we were denied entry by a very rude and not welcoming guard of the condominium at ground floor. The reception is at level 6. There weren't any towel hangers in the bathroom. The toiletries are on the floor, which can be contaminated with our dirty water. It is very disgusting to me. The view from the room is a business building. Upon checking out, the receptionists instructed and keep insisting that we have to rate and give a 5stars review immediately. After I declined them to do the review on the spot, the staffs tried to offer us some rebates in return for the 5 stars review. But still, I declined them. At that point, based on these actions and interventions by the staffs, I realised that the 4.7 rating on Trip.com might not even be a true rating/review at all. The receptionist requested that if we are not giving a 5stars review, then we should not give any review at all.

Very clean hotel and new too. Comfortable stay for the whole family. Service is prompt and good. Location is superb, near train station.

The location is beautiful, near to the center of Shenzhen. Rooms are very clean and you can find all you need. Right across the street there is a little supermarket with a lot of cute shops and cafes. Highly recommendated!
