前台小姐姐服務很好，帶了家人過來，有小朋友，因為訂的高單靠電梯，很吵，主動申請給我連升兩級到影音房，衹花了30元升級費，房間空間大很多，乾淨衞生，環境很好，小朋友很喜歡，看電影可入迷了，都不想回去，設施很齊全，小朋友可以體驗投壺，大人可以坐在沙發上喝咖啡，很好哦推薦

知道維也納酒店在深圳很多分店，这是第一次入住，看了平台评價很多給5分加上靠近要辦事地点，所以就选了这分店。
打从进入大廳柜台登記入住，已看到有客人在抽煙；拿房卡后进电梯到房間走廊都充滿煙味，进房間后也是。趁到外面用歺打开窗戶散气味都沒差別，估计是已经停留在窗廉、地壇和牀上。
酒店位置跟地鉄站走路要二十分鐘，附近也有不少歺館，酒店早歺是外買送到房間。房間空間可接收，但隔音几乎是沒有，窗外車声和走廊人声都聽到。沙發和牀邊是布質，都很髒的，浴室还算干淨。以兩百七这个价位在这地点和个人体驗来言，尤其是不抽煙的很難有下次。

這次入住這個酒店給我很好的體驗感受，首先是衞生很乾凈，房間進去採光也很好，酒店還有機器人外賣可以直接送到房間門口，五臟俱全那種感覺，該有的都有，電視節目也是很多可以選擇，酒店早餐也很乾凈衞生，浴室也是乾濕分離的，床頭還有免費充電線可以充電，不需要借充電寶，這個對於忘記帶充電器的就很方便，房間配置的茶包也很甘甜好喝，房間沒有礦泉水還可以免費加送一次，主要是酒店周邊出行很方便，價格也不貴，早餐，洗衣一應俱全，很滿意這次入住。

酒店服務非常好，很熱情，服務態度特別棒，衞生很乾凈，離地鐵站很近，出行也很方便。辦理入住的時候還有免費咖啡，很暖，很貼心。周邊夜市小吃街挺多的，離天虹商場走路10分鐘左右的路程。整體還是十分滿意的，值得推薦
