酒店是公寓式的，沒有線下的前台，網上微信填寫訊息辦理入住，網上連結要提交100按金，房間是電子密碼鎖，房間內有電梯卡，刷卡進出電梯。退房當天下午到晚上之間按金原路退回。 房間32平應該是建築面積，實際估計20平左右。浴室容納一個人洗澡都嫌小，很袖珍。房間非常乾淨整潔。價格比市區要便宜一半以上，性價比很高，尤其是機場轉機住宿住這裏相當方便，而且周圍沒有飛機噪聲。店家反饋房間是針對會展的，所以沒有會展的話就算淡季，性價比超高

位置距離展館很近，步行都能到，開車也很方便，有地下停車場，位置也很好找。環境不錯，前台服務態度也很好，有疑問能馬上解答，體驗感蠻不錯的。唯一不足就是沖涼房的門關緊了還會滲水出去，洗完澡一大灘水在外面，洗手盆去水好慢還有點漏水，其他的都很好，下次去還會選擇這家。
