JI Hotel (Shenzhen Bao'an Airport Huaide Subway Station) Reviews

First of all, there is no service. The two male front desks do not meet the service standards of the whole season! We arrived at the hotel at 6pm that day, and we had to wait for the room to be cleaned before we could check in! I waited for at least ten minutes! A taller male receptionist had a lukewarm and laid-back attitude, and the service was very poor! Secondly, the reservation marked a check-in welcome fruit, but it turned out there was no fruit! I have stayed in so many All Seasons and this is the only one that has been marked as having fruit but has not given any results! It’s not that you’re missing your mouthful of fruit, it’s just that it’s very uncomfortable when you show results but don’t! Why not just not label it at all? Not to mention the small windows in the room, the curtains are manual curtains! In the morning, there was still light refracted from the mirror to the bed, and the broken curtain couldn't block the light at all! The person taking the photo can’t sleep! The soundproofing is also not good. Early in the morning, the cleaning lady would shout in the corridor and disturb the guests' rest! In short, there are other all seasons nearby, so if you want to stay, avoid this one! Super bad! ! !

There are cockroaches in the room

All seasons have disappointed me, at least this one. 1. The pillow is very uncomfortable, far worse than Beado. The hotel provides two thin down pillows, which cannot support the neck. It is better to provide one soft and one hard for customers to choose. 2. Although the hotel provides free airport drop-off service, it only sends the bus once every hour on the hour, and can only transport 6 people at a time. I originally wanted to take the 7 o'clock shuttle bus to the airport, but It's fully booked at 7 o'clock, so if you want to take another seat, you have to take the 8 o'clock one. But for me, who got on the plane at 9:50, I was a little pressed for time, and I had to spend extra money to buy a fast security check service. Since the number of people sent off on each trip is limited, why not increase the frequency of sending people off? In short, next time I choose a hotel near the airport, I will not choose this All Seasons, and I may not choose All Seasons again.

服務周到，以後還會選擇全季，出差帶了兩個行李箱，樓層服務員看到了幫忙送到房間，離店着急趕飛機，要郵寄物品，前台服務員幫忙叫順豐郵寄，加了微信先行離開後第一時間將單號傳過來，一個人出來，很安心！

以前每次帶家人出門遊玩，都一定訂五星級酒店才放心。這次因為學習，附近星級最高的衹有全季，所以就預訂入住了。這是我第一次住全季，五天四晚讓我體驗到了什麼叫做賓至如歸。 入住的第一天，前台小姐姐麗麗非常細心地幫我辦理會員還贈送了小香薰，安排的房間雖然出現了小小的問題，但是第二天店長和房務部負責大姐非常貼心地給我解決問題，之後的每天衹要見到都會跟我熱情打招呼問候，讓我一個異地入住的女生覺得很暖心！ 有需求的話，晚上前台小哥哥小姐姐們都會主動給小零食水果，特別適合我這種半夜容易餓肚子的人。而且房間缺什麼送東西的速度都很及時，給機器人點個贊！ 早餐種類豐富，營養均衡，來不及吃的話還可以打包，味道很有家的感覺。 房間寬敞舒適，寧靜宜人，性價比很高。如果長期開空調乾的話床頭還配了香薰加濕器。 自助洗衣也很方便，消毒液洗衣液洗衣機烘乾機熨斗配套齊全。 第一次體驗全季這個品牌，很滿意，也推薦了身邊的朋友。相信以後我還會再入住的，感謝每一位全季的員工這幾天的認真對待。比心♥️

前台小姐姐服務很熱情，退房的時候因為行李太多了，拿不下，打電話到前台，讓前台小姐姐幫忙拿一下，她馬上就上來了，讓我覺得很温暖，三樓還有免費的洗衣房，還有烘乾機下次來還會在住這裏。 

酒店就在懷德站旁，很近的。酒店還很新很乾凈，但衹有一部電梯比較慢，前台和客房阿姨都很友善，但是部分煙民真的很噁心，偏要在禁煙的酒店吸煙，房間的中央空調散發著那種“陳年老煙燻味”，一覺醒來頭髮和衣服都是這股味，早上連房間外走廊也全是煙味，煙民素質和人品極低！圖片與酒店無關哈

高度推介這間飯店，房間簡約舒適，環境幽靜，懷德站行幾步便到，位置十分方便。早餐非常豐富美味，這價錢便能夠有這麼高級的享受，性價比超高，會再支持全季酒店！

酒店較乾淨，衞生還好，無太大異味，床品檔次偏低。淋浴下水有些堵。周邊是小吃街，交通還都很便捷，酒店特色有免費送機服務，司機態度很一般，跟他打招呼沒有迴應，性價比還是不錯！推薦

房間很好，地理位置在地鐵旁邊，很方便，打掃衞生阿姨很認真負責，酒店前台接待很有禮貌，姐姐們都很温和，很喜歡的兩天半的旅程。 早餐種類很多，但是我們這種北方肉食動物，沒肉一點吃不下去，哈哈，但是味道很好。 不足之處是房間裏有一股發黴的味道，不知道是兩廣特有的感覺還是啥，悶熱，發黴的味道，不知道是啥哈哈，影響較小，望改善

設施：東西都很新 感覺是新裝修的。有健身房洗衣房烘乾機一應俱全 很舒適 早餐也不錯可以滿足營養需求 衞生：也不錯沒有什麼讓人不舒服的地方 服務：服務態度好 很滿意

位置很好，離地鐵站很近。一如既往的乾淨舒適，跟其他城市的全季酒店一樣，是我出行首選。有送機服務，提前登記就可。3樓有洗衣機、電熨斗，很方便。

很好，酒店周圍就是居民區，新酒店，各種新。 送機服務很好，1小時1班，20幾分鐘就到機場了
