Orange Shenzhen Baoan Haiya Splendid City Hotel Reviews

Room is exceptional clean, and very spacious. Bed is very comfortable and location also good with just walking distance to metro station, shopping mall and just next to a nice Chinese (Cantonese style) restaurant. Really value for money !

I don't know how many times I've stayed here. It's as good as always. Comrade Daan at the front desk is polite, enthusiastic, cheerful and generous. The room facilities are very good, the space is large and very clean. It is under Huazhu Club and is carefully selected for travel.

The check-in experience was very poor. As expected, the rooms with poor training were also very poorly hygienic. There were stains on the walls that could not be shaken off. They were so dirty that I was afraid of getting sick. After drinking at 11 o'clock in the evening, I arrived at the hotel and was told that I had to wait for 1 hour before I could check in. I have never had such an experience. The customer service manager actually said, you can find it at will. I have no superior to deal with it. The only solution is "I will refund you the money." I can't believe that this is a problem that happened in Shenzhen, in the Huazhu chain hotel. There was no way to complain, and no one solved it. The solution given was to either refund the money and leave. The front desk was still arguing with the guests whether to book the room first or check in and reserve the room first. I just want to ask, shouldn't we reserve the room as soon as we confirm that there is a room after we paid the fee? Give the room to the guests who booked later first, and the guests who booked first did not have a room when they checked in. There was no apology at all and they were still arguing. Is this your training?

Stayed at this hotel for the second time. Really maintained a high standard. The service is good, the room facilities are new and clean, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the nearby Haiya Colorful City. Will stay again.

The hotel room is clean and comfortable, but the breakfast is the same every day. I stayed for 4 nights and had the same breakfast every time. I hope the hotel can change the dishes. It is very convenient to take a taxi to the airport

The location is very close to Lingzhi Metro Line 5 and 12. The room is very cozy and equipped with tea sets and tea bags. There is self-service coffee and a self-service laundry room downstairs. The only inconvenience is that the double room does not have a wardrobe and dressing gown.

First time staying here, originally only booked one night, but after arriving at the hotel, I was very satisfied with all the facilities, so I added three more nights. We were lucky to be upgraded from a superior twin to a deluxe twin. The hotel is full of orange elements. The water in the lobby, the hand soap, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the room are all orange-scented. The hygiene is also good. I recommend it!
