What kind of e-sports hotel is this? The computers are just for show and can't even be turned on. There are even condoms left by the last person who booked the room and they haven't been cleaned up yet. The key is that the air conditioner in the room keeps making a noise like a tractor when it's turned on. I called the front desk and they said the screws were loose. They moved the air conditioner and it stopped making noises. It started again not long after and it crashed. The front desk actually told me to just turn off the air conditioner if it didn't work. I paid for the room and the air conditioner didn't work. They didn't give me a refund when I checked out, saying it was too late. Can I change to another room? It didn't work either, they already booked this one. What a rubbish hotel. Worst experience ever. Avoid it.
