出差辦事近，預訂過幾次，最近一次同事過來房間改PPT待了半個小時，期間打電話説要去前台登記，已經答應了，事情比較急處理完就去的情況下不知道是哪個工作人員竟然報警處理，民警和酒店工作人員一起站門口好像在做什麼非法的事情一樣，關鍵不是第一次入住，系統上也都能看到我的訊息，是什麼原因要通過這種方式處理呢？説過了下樓就登記，而且期間點了外賣也通過工作人員送上樓了，本來剛對完文檔，墊一下肚子就下樓登記，帶着電腦去趕飯局去了，非要耽誤一會，登記了之後還問了三四遍是來訪還是入住，從一開始進來就很明確的説過了是來訪，還反覆的問那就是有點找茬了，然後期間工作人員沒有一句解釋，前台工作人員廖麗芳和植引弟，不知道是你們兩個決定的處理方式還是另外有人決定的，拋去服務以外，酒店的位置和環境本本就一般，背後是清水河（深圳的臭水溝）前面是面對地鐵軌道和施工工地，草鋪大廈本身也是很久的樓，基本住的房間都是有異味和噪音的，本來是圖辦事近選的地方，現在工作人員竟然像違法犯罪一樣對待老顧客，處理期間還有故意找茬的話語，是可忍孰不可忍。
