A very unsatisfactory experience staying at Hanting Hotel. I booked a room for my friend. This room not only has no window, but is also 10 square meters smaller than when I booked it (they marked it as 22 square meters). They marked it as partially having windows, but from the waiter's tone, this room type basically has no windows, and the marking is misleading. The room I booked said it was the last room when I booked it. The problem was that I booked it two days in advance, and when I wanted to book it later, it was still available (but fortunately I didn't book an additional room). The front desk said that because it was the last room, the room was relatively small, and they could refund me part of the money, but they could only give me a minimum of 80% off the market price, so they refunded me a little bit of money. There were no other reservations at the time, and my friend was tired, so he accepted it. But later I thought about it, and I felt that they should use this method to deceive people, and then let you accept it reluctantly. If you don't accept it, forget it, and you have to find a new hotel.
