服務人員還不錯，但是設備好爛，插電的面板是爛的，廁所都發霉了，同行的家人房間，房門還打不開，地板是不平的，去之前看照片感覺還不錯，事實上是不太行的

很少給酒店差評，但是這家酒店真的讓我很不滿意！不好意思，這條沒有入住體驗，因為壓根沒有機會住!開了兩間房，朋友上去查看了大床房的環境，因為發現房間與酒店宣傳圖文不符（房間很小!非常小!!而且不是很乾凈那種，一進門就有蟑螂!於是我們決定快速下樓電請退房，哪裡知道酒店態度強硬，一上來就説退不了，非説我們入住了，雙床房壓根就沒上樓更沒開進去過，我們到酒店從辦理入住到上樓查看再下樓一共還沒20分鐘。但是商家態度蠻橫，直接拒絕溝通，我們無奈衹能讓第三方來調解，結果對方連他們都不屑溝通，也不接受雙方友好協商，負責人還非常囂張，放話自己背後有人，沒在怕的，一分都不肯退。希望平台以後審核商家能謹慎一點，這種強買強賣的商家就別上架坑害顧客了!另外房卡在提出退掉房間時，前台就問我們要回了，結果錢也不退，也沒打算讓我們入住呵呵。最搞笑的是我是第一次知道原來住酒店，上面標註的房間平方面積還得算上公攤?????請問這年頭住酒店也得按買房標準了嗎?在sz買不起房的以後酒店也住不起了...
