現場所見跟圖片不符，圖片看着貌似乾淨，到了現場才發現所謂的豪華大房，其實就是老舊破招待所，整個房間的窗又舊，所有的玻璃上貼了一張花紙，窗户難推，衞生間沒地兒轉身，沒有窗簾，也是一張花紙貼且破了，開燈洗澡估計外面能看到人影子（自行腦補）床上用品的白色枕頭和被子肉眼可見一層灰黑黑的感覺，完全不同於同樣價位酒店的白色床品，真得就是看得見的臟又舊，看了都不敢睡。整個房間就一個白色燈，廁所一個燈，再無其它燈可調。房門沒有安全鎖，刷卡即開。這兒靠近火車站且樓下除了各種招攬拉客的，各種人進出大樓的，整棟樓都是這種類似的招待所（根本稱不上酒店，連賓館都稱不上）不管是獨自出行，還是短暫歇腳過夜，和朋友家人就更不推薦了。同等價位百來塊的的酒店，真正的便捷酒店或連鎖酒店羅湖真得大把，單從安全度、環境衞生、設施配置都好過去火車站附近住。第一次，也算是花錢買經驗教訓。另外，這家是訂了不可退的，沒住提前退也不可以。所以那些好評哪來的，大家自己掂量吧

這個賓館在九樓，整棟樓除了五樓全部都是酒店賓館住宿的，價格衞生都和街邊旅館差不多！這裏電梯非常難等基本每一層都有人上下的！我定的普通單人間老闆老闆非得讓我加錢安排到標準有衞生間的單間，我住的那個房間味道很難聞還有一股屍臭味道睡了兩個小時實在受不了本想讓老闆換房間説是滿了沒有了最後無奈把行李放那另外出去住了一晚！第二天回來時行李都有臭味，沒到退房時間就進去了我房間還把我一雙鞋給收拾走了真是無語死了

很不好的體驗，周圍都是拉客，以及推銷的人，下雨天在外面淋雨等了20分鐘才上去，一上單去一股發黴迎面鋪開後台申請退房賓館不同意，打去哪兒客服電話也不給退，當晚自己也沒有住！就當120給病殘做好事了！
