The hotel location is about 10 minutes' walk from the subway station. The room type is comfortable and spacious, but unfortunately it faces the road and construction site, and the window sill is not well insulated, so it is inevitable that there will be some noise, which will affect your sleep.

I was really disappointed with the service here. I used to book this hotel for my good friends and relatives. This time, my friend came from Foshan to play, so I chose this hotel without hesitation. I didn't expect that after checking out, I found that my belt and tie were accidentally dropped in the room, so I called to inquire about it immediately, and was told to ask again the next day, so I obediently chose to ask the next day. As soon as she answered the phone, her attitude was bad. I seriously asked if I could ask the aunt on duty that day, and she kept repeating that no, there was no, because my friend was really sure that it was dropped in the hotel, so I asked. The tone of her voice was very bad and impatient throughout the whole process. I think I will never come to this hotel again, nor will I recommend it to friends and family. I am really disappointed this time. If you see this message, I still recommend that you avoid this hotel!

I ordered through Trip.com and already spent more money when I arrived at the hotel to pick up the room. You also need to pay a deposit of RMB ¥100 (cash required). I have never tried the deposit when ordering through Trip.com😡 (If cash is not refunded when checking out, it can only be done through WeChat Wallet/Alipay😤😠😡) The hotel room is spacious, the space is large, and the bed is comfortable. However, the hotel is undergoing maintenance work on the road, which makes it very noisy at night. There is nothing we can do! If there is no construction work, it should be very quiet (this is a residential area). The water pressure in the bathroom is generally acceptable. The only two things in the room are: straight mirror/fridge 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻. I hope the hotel will consider it from the guest's point of view. Look, first know your own shortcomings.
