酒店位置距離地鐵站步行約10多分鐘。房間房型空間舒適，可惜面向馬路和施工地盤，加上窗台隔音不佳，難免有點噪音，影響睡眠。

真的是對這邊的服務非常的失望，原本之前都是經常訂這家酒店給自己的好朋友和親戚住，這一次朋友專門從佛山過來玩，所以我毫不猶豫選擇了這一家，沒想到退房後發現皮帶和領帶不小心掉房間了，於是馬上打電話詢問，被告知説第二天再來問，於是聽話的選擇第二天來問，一接聽電話就態度惡劣，我認真詢問能不能問一下當天值班的衞生阿姨，一直在重複説了沒有就是沒有，因為朋友真的很確定是掉在了酒店，所以我才會詢問，整個過程語氣非常不好和不耐煩，我想這個酒店以後我都不會再來了，也不會再推薦給朋友家人了，真的這次太失望了，如果大家看到這一條消息還是推薦大家避雷這一家吧！

酒店性價比高，離東門很近，房間寬敞舒適，空氣好。一覺睡到自然醒，大姐每天早上很禮貌，衞生很乾凈。希望下次再來！

翠竹酒店既豪華套房(兩房一廳，兩張大床)乾淨衛生程度非常之好👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼，不過酒店政策好奇怪，我經Trip.com訂購已經比灑錢，到了酒店取房間還須要比人民幣¥100元按金(要現金)，經Trip.com訂購都未試過要比😡
(退房時還不退回現金，話衹能夠經微信錢包/支付寶😤😠😡)
講番酒店房間寬闊，空間感大睡床舒服，不過酒店對出馬路有維修工程，夜晚非常嘈吵，冇法子！如果沒有工程作業，應該非常安靜(此終住宅區)浴室水壓一般尚可接受，房間唯一可彈有兩樣嘢：直身鏡/雪櫃👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻，希望酒店以客人觀點角度去看，先知道本身不足。
