1. 직원들이 모두 친절하고 복장이 깔끔하다.
2. 방청소가 잘 되어 있고 분위기가 아늑하다.
3. 주변에 먹거리가 다양허다.
4. 공항과 새로생긴 북역이 가깝고, 대체적으로 교통이 편리하다
* 아쉬운 점
1. 아침식사가 약간 부실합니다.
- 볶음밥, 채소 샐러드가 메뉴에 추가되면 좋아요..
2. 흡연자를 위해서 창문에 방충망이 하나 더 있으면 좋겠어요.

設施比較老舊，有點潮濕，但是前台比較熱情，開票方便，早餐實在不咋的，基本沒啥吃的，連現磨咖啡也沒有。勝在市區交通方便。

This is my first time staying at this hotel. Overall, I feel that it is good value for money. It is an old hotel, but the facilities are OK. The location and transportation are good. Gangxia Village is across the street, and there are many restaurants. It is next to Metro Line 1, which is very convenient to go to some attractions. It is also close to the Civic Center, which is convenient for doing business. I will consider choosing this hotel again when I come to Shenzhen in the future.
