酒店位置容易找，去程A出口直行見到醫院轉左直行就是，後來才發現原來經萬象食家西門口去仲快，我們租了五間高級房間，酒店免費升級豪華房間（有窗）,房間空間頗大，但衛生麻麻，洗手間鏡子比較污糟，浴室去水位及沖廁水比較慢，我朋友房間枕頭袋是破爛及冷氣壞，叫維修員來都無用，維修員無整到就話係已經開著，但真的感覺不到冷氣，後來朋友再叫人安排一定要換房間，前台肥妹有些混亂，我們只拿了每間房一張房咭，她居然說每間房比二張房咭，朋友換左房間之後的新房咭又開不到門，要他們行了二次，職員真的好大意，仲推說我朋友不懂用房咭，朋友一肚氣，其他房間就比較正常，要讚的是免費升級房間，沖涼花灑好及水温夠熱，以及下午二點退房，總括比$255房費，不能要求太高，CP值都可以。

我和幾個朋友第一次入住這間酒店共兩房間，酒店地址近地鐵站交通方便價錢便宜，鄰近有幾個大商場及多間食肆，但我本人覺得酒店設施有改善空間，我們入住的兩房間有濃烈煙味床鋪有異味傳出加上冷氣不足，如果酒店沒有改善的話相信我不會再次入住。

本人是第一次光顧，與其他朋友一同book了合共3間房間，地點的確很方便，鄰近萬象食家及批發文具市場，圓酒店的位置非常好，但本人覺得貴酒店有多方便可以改善地方，首先本人今次是book無吸煙房間，但酒店給我這間就是可吸煙的，入到房間煙臭味還在，冷氣不夠冷，床鋪有噏味，還有，3間房其中一間洗手間有滲水落地磚上，差點跣親，這兩天住宿非常不舒適。
