不知道該如何説 這個衞生是越來越差 反饋問題不解決 更換房間卻説沒有 明明相同房型還有卻拒絕説沒有 衹能換床單 蟲子 這麼大的鞋子印記都清潔不乾淨嗎 全程沒有一句對顧客的致歉 出現問題不應該先致歉嗎 至少態度要有吧
