家人們，咱就是説，真的是離了個**普 我用自己的另一個名字下的訂單，然後來前台他問我叫什麼名字，我説你從那個訂單上面複製粘貼過去就行了呀，他跟我説什麼都是帶*號的的，你家旅業系統上面不顯示客人的真實姓名啊 而且我是用粵省事登記的你用粵省事登記的他旅業系統星火系統上面自然會顯示真實名字，那你不知道不認識那兩個字，你不會自己上網查嗎？你問了客人客人也不願意告訴你，他還要裝作那一副硬叫客人把那個名字説出來他問了我，我不想告訴他，就是讓他自己查，結果他在那裡一口咬定就是想讓我告訴他叫什麼還説什麼帶*號看不見名字，你真的是撒謊都不會撒，我發現你們現在這些員工一點培訓基礎都沒有，就敢上崗 房間那就沒得説我先不説房間大小了，咱就是説一下那個床吧，那個床很硬小咱也不説 就是很硬，感覺都沒鋪床墊的那種，然後剛進去洗手枱上就有一根頭髮，然後我也想睡覺了，我就沒找前台説那些問題，而且床單上面還有油漬那個窗簾也是不遮光 電視打不開 房間也沒有地巾 就難麼將就的住了一晚 住酒店的慎重！！！

房間乾淨衞生，前台美女服務態度好，邊上有免費停車場，周邊交通方便。前後入住兩天，來深圳參加深圳工業展，事情比較多，來去時間比較匆忙，忘了拍點房間照片了。下回來出差還會選擇這裏。
