18號晚上這個前台女的態度很差啊，房卡忘帶了還質問為什麼出門不帶房卡，而且房間沒有拖鞋和牙刷，打電話去前台，那個女的還讓我們自己去拿説什麼前台不能離人，我看也是在玩手機玩的厲害。我是花錢的，什麼都要自己弄，還要你前台幹什麼？住過那麼多酒店，就這個酒店體驗感特別差，真的態度好點吧
