房間不算大，基本設備齊全。 房間離地鐵站算近，步行10分鐘內。 樓下週圍都是餐廳，吃的挺方便。 附近也有大型的超市。

這家酒店的優勢就是位置靠近蓮塘地鐵站和吃的地方；價格上優勢較大，但是設備和體驗感性價比較低。另外酒店的床上用品和衞生間比較簡陋和陳舊，有一股味道。整體來説可以湊合。
