There are many restaurants nearby, a convenience store is not far, and the subway station is also within walking distance.
It is well lit and the air conditioner works well. The refrigerator works well and all the furniture is as clean as new.
The hot water doesn't come out right away, so you have to turn it on and wait a bit, but once it does, it's hot enough haha.
