4月份的深圳悶熱潮濕，入住前就店前台通知沒有空調，衹能風扇，是否接受，當時太累我也就辦理入住了。就店電梯不能直接到4樓，需要座電梯到3層，然後拿着行李爬樓梯到4層。入住後酒店頻繁停電，每次停電都需要1個小時左右，第一次停電後説電路維修，就可以使用空調，等到通電後與服務員確認可以使用空調，服務員説給我取空調遙控器。結果半夜12點給我敲門，問我要不要，我已經睡著了，已經不需要，將我超醒。凌晨4點30分，前台不知道怎麼想的給我打電話問我要不要空調遙控器，再一次將我吵醒。這樣的服務感受非常差。一定要給差評。

給一星都多餘，這酒店的評分就是刷出來的估計。。。房間隔音那一個叫無敵差，同層樓好幾間是麻將房，那吵鬧聲，簡直了，穿牆入耳，那抽的煙味，都瀰漫到整個走廊都是濃濃二手煙煙味。。。房間那也是超一般，經常出差，這是最差的一次，沒有之一，第二天清晨6點起床居然整個房間都是斷電狀態，***，直接用手機手電筒摸着黑洗漱完趕緊撤得了，垃圾到無語，你説你房間空調不給開，我理解你屬於故意的，一大早房間斷電，我感覺這酒店就是有毛病的。。。而且電梯衹到三樓，去四樓房間，還得經過一段高落差的樓梯和一段黴味刺鼻的走廊。。。都不知怎麼評價這種垃圾酒店了，超級無敵差。。。還有早上那前台，都不知是沒睡醒還是前一天晚上幹嘛了，耳背還是咋滴，6點多去退房，質問他怎麼房間一大早整個房間斷電一片黑，居然還裝聽不見，耳朵多餘就乾脆別要了得了，大聲質問兩次，居然還裝渾，得了，懶得跟這類人這種酒店置氣，退房走人，看着都煩。。。算給廣大網友驢友踩坑了，別信這家人的評分，能有0.1分都已經給面子了。。。
