整體感覺不錯，旺中帶靜，位置方便，麻雀雖小，五臟俱全。房間裝修不俗，但有明顯歲月痕跡；雖然訂房的時候房間尺寸不小，但進屋後客廳視覺上卻沒有想像中大，倒是沒有使用的廚房尺寸不小；另外發現電視的劇集會員過期兩天，觀看的時候插入大量廣告，甚為不悦。洗手間衛生情況不差，但是仍無意中發現一隻小昆蟲。非常可惜的是健身室及泳池並不屬於這棟住宅，泳池也要在六七月才開放，卻沒有在設施一欄明示，略感被欺騙。
