因為是古城，而且酒店亦落成了一段時間，所以不會對它有太高的期望。今次和母親入住，Check in 沒多久後發現廁所有問題，連忙跟前台溝通，服務中心十分積極幫我們處理，這是我最欣賞的處事方式，令我對這古城酒店加分👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
