訂的特惠房於是入住的時候就是沒有窗的房，升級權益沒辦法用。整個房間很小，昏暗，衞生間衹有一個燈帶，沒有燈，根本沒辦法滿足照明，房間靠近外面的軌道交通，真的很吵，沒辦法安靜休息，隔音也不好，旁邊房間開門那些可以聽的清清楚楚，需要安靜休息的不推薦。被褥這些有些潮濕。總體來説不太行吧！

二次元來深圳玩一下，本來就沒抱多大期望，結果比我想的還要拉胯，太拉垮了。爛的不能再爛了，前台態度沒有很好，酒店位置稍偏，還小，訂的單人房間門是開着的，一直有股煙味，一進房間就是蟑螂幼崽鑽進床底迎接，廁所和床基本上快連在一起，房間小的可憐，酒店用品特別垃圾，衞生也是堪憂，天花板發黴，空調像拖拉機且直接對着人吹風，完全不讓睡覺，沒話説了，wflbb

酒店很黑，不會接受你的投訴，我國慶去住兩天，第一天因為工作沒入住，第二天我到了準備去入住，告訴我，我的房間被人使用了現在清理，要我等一個小時，我都不知道為什麼要偷偷用我的房間，我就算不入住不應該也是空着的嗎?為什麼要用而且也沒有任何訊息同步我，就為了掙這幾百塊錢，在我不知情的情況下使用，我到酒店就是要馬上放好行李，化好粧去演出，現在要我硬等一個小時，導致我遲到了被合同方扣了10％的違約金，這個錢我也沒説啥，態度是真的差，一點補償都沒有，最後我聯繫攜程才給我補償，地方也臟亂差，被子上有**，床底的零食都沒收乾淨，洗澡房到處油油膩膩，真的垃圾，已經準備好材料和錄音，去消費者權益保護處投訴舉報了。

環境：洗手間還有頭髮，衞生一點兒也不好
服務：房間的無線網用不了，下樓問的
