之前住過幾次，地理位置沒得説，就在洪湖地鐵D口出來就是，房間不提供瓶裝水了，有個房間的洗衣機不帶烘乾功能，服務明顯下降了

房間地段好，出行方便。但是衞生不是很好，衣架上厚厚的一層灰，毛巾也不敢用。也可能是設施老舊的關係。服務人員還是不錯的，有問必答。和周邊的同價位公寓比，衹能説信價比不高。

面積和環境與圖片嚴重不符，看着估計20平最多，床單也是臟的有污漬，設施看着比較老舊了，説的兩點退房，不到兩點就開始催，説有人等着住，我們就不是客人嗎？

就大晚上打電話去問樓的入口，結果電話的人也不知道怎麼進，要另一個人給我打電話解決問題。app的描述也沒有進入的方法，也不提醒我加客服電話拿到進門方式，最後是現場來了個美女處理我的全部問題。
民宿透光太厲害了，拉上窗簾後在大早上六點還能被陽光曬醒，體驗太差了

每次來深圳進貨都我喜歡住這裏，住在這裏超級方便，離金展中心和銀座很近，如果要來這邊逛黃金的話推薦住這裏哦，在地鐵口，可以做飯，服務也特別好，很熱情，下次還住這裏
