房間設施有一點舊，窗口及廁所門因日久失修關不了，沖涼去水也有少許問題，
但房間較大，及窗外環境舒服，久不久有鳥鳴声，還看見松鼠，價格合理

選擇住在這裏，是因為他離市二院很近。但是這個地方如果公共交通去就特別偏遠，而且附近沒有什麼商業街或者是吃飯的地方就衹能外賣。設備也比較陳舊，沒有USB插電的。
