A good New Year's trip was so annoying. Booked two rooms for two nights. I felt very hot on the first night. The air conditioner was set to cold air and set to 16 degrees, but the room temperature did not drop but rose to 27 degrees. It was so hot that I fainted. I reported to the front desk and they said that too many guests reported that the room was too cold and there were not enough quilts, so the manager adjusted the central air conditioner to warm air at 27 degrees. The room cannot adjust the temperature? ! You can only choose to turn on the air conditioner to blow warm air or turn it off. But we still felt too hot after turning off the air conditioner, and we couldn't breathe in the room. We had to explain this situation to the front desk again, and the manager agreed to let us change rooms. The staff gave us two new rooms and let us choose. Since the second room didn't feel enough air, we chose the first room, which was next to the original room. We started to feel hot in the early morning of the day, but it was too late and we didn't want to change rooms, so we had to turn off the air conditioner and spend the night with a window that could only be opened a little and a small fan. The next day, we entered the room at 12 o'clock in the evening and found that the air conditioner and window room in the room were turned on, and the temperature in the room jumped to 27 degrees. We quickly opened the door, turned off the air conditioner, and stood in the corridor for half an hour, but the temperature in the room still did not come down. I had to call the front desk again to explain the situation. The manager said that this room was decided by us last night, why is there still a problem? I said we were so unfortunate that the air conditioners in one room after another had problems. The manager didn't let us change rooms at first, but when I reported to the manager that my family's room had air conditioning turned on, but the temperature was 21 degrees; the manager said it was impossible. A good Spring Festival trip with my family turned out to be so unhappy and tiring! ! The hotel sent a clerk to help us change to a new room. It was already past one in the morning when we moved to the room. After moving to the new room, they said that the central air conditioner had been adjusted to 22 degrees (what I requested), but the air was still hot. We only turned off the air conditioner the next night and spent the night with a small window and two fans! Originally, we only had a small fan from the original room, but because it was too hot, we asked for another fan. The manager did not come out during the whole process, and always sent the subordinates to coordinate with us. It felt like there was no sincerity at all! The manager was either arguing with me or interrupting me during the phone call! In short, the night manager was very unprofessional. I suggest that the management of Atour should think carefully about whether he is suitable for this position! I really don’t understand why tourists can set all air conditioners to heating when they feel cold, instead of asking them to wear more clothes/cover more quilts. We felt hot and dizzy, but they just thought we were weird and unreasonable. Also, although it was a non-smoking room, there were still guests smoking in the room, corridor, and gym. I told the clerk but there was still no way to deal with it, which was very disappointing.
