晚上10多朋友去聊了兩句，就被住邊上的客人投訴了，前台就不分時間和真假就往我們房間打電話，孩子被莫名的電話鈴聲嚇哭，聽孩子姥姥説我剛送朋友出門，房間電話就響了，孩子就嚇得一直哭。差評一，十點多正常説話被投訴，客服不辯是非。二，房間是紙隔的麼，到底有多不隔音，客人投訴不問情況就惡意指責，沒有服務意識，也沒有解決問題的態度，大大的差評，住宿環境和服務實在不敢恭維，體驗感極差
