衞生：衞生條件差，又臟

服務：服務態度非常不好
門是壞的，不可以反鎖，跟前台説要換一間房，前台居然説讓他的同事過來看看，結果他的同事説酒店時間太久了，門都是這樣的不能反鎖。
我真的無語到家了，富雅酒店也沒有給我退錢，最後我們還棄住，選擇了對面的維也納酒店入住，建議去深圳旅遊或者出差建議入住維也納酒店
