隔音效果還可以，衞生也還過得去，浴室牆上有稍許發黴，但不會有太大影響，房間有空氣凈化機，很好。

來南山多次入住了，位置離地鐵站挺近，邊上有條步行街挺多吃的，下樓方便。房間隔音不錯，乾淨整潔，設施齊全，前台服務態度也可以。
