Convenient location just above Line 2 Gangxia North subway (Exit 13 or 14). Arrived rather tired late at night via HSR Futian, but check-in took longer than we expected despite two counters open and just one pair of guests in front of us. Reception staff were too obliging, letting guests indulge with random requests not related to check-in/out when there are guests behind who really need to do so. We loved our good-sized room with high ceilings, lounge chair, comfy bed and large bathroom with separate shower and tub. However, it is starting to show age and wear and tear e.g. the bath sink has mould, and the bathtub shower head cannot be toggled and turned on. Facilities like children play area and outdoor pool were also looking outdated and need refurbishment. Breakfast was the positive highlight, considering the large food spread and well-trained restaurant staff, who were able to accommodate our pork and lard free dietary requests. They prepared hot vegetarian broth noodles and sausage-free egg omelettes for us, cooked separately in the kitchen. We were grateful for this considerate treatment and would highly recommend the meal experience there.

We went for a birthday trip to Shenzhen and the staff were nothing short of amazing. I especially want to give a special thanks to Carol Lim who made the trip even more special. The breakfast was good and the rooms were spacious. The location is also very convenient with 4 lines located at the station and only a 2 minute walk from the stop, if you exit through exit 12

The dining options are outstanding, offering a variety of cuisine that is both delicious and presented with style. The Hotel is a true gem, providing a luxurious and memorable experience for any traveler.

The service is very good and the girl in the reception is kind with people, I really like the room its the same as photos in the website also they invite us to the free breakfast and afternoon tea it's amazing we enjoyed the time thanks a lot🙏🏻❤️❤️

Good location and yummy breakfast, will stay again when we come to SZ.

The room is exactly as advertised in the pictures, however the slide and ball pit do not exist! Perhaps under construction as the staff said? The actual child play area looks like in the photo and is not clean. The rest of the stay was good though, but it was certainly disappointing for my daughter!

The stay was pleasant, service is good, breakfast different variety, compare to other Hilton hotels is much better. Room was clean and well designed, comfortable big bad.

We really enjoyed our stay with Hilton during this trip, especially service from swift and Candys kind service, we will definately be back again and share with our friends!

It is a bit old but clean and convenient, the room is big and the service is so good.

The hotel is great. It is conveniently located, about a 2-minute walk from the beautiful metro station (Gangxia North). The breakfast is good, there is a cheese plate and so on.

Comfortable bed and spacious room! I go with the lounge access. Suggest to get there early for afternoon tea or happy hour. Food and drink are good but there may not be refilled after the first round. Gym room is good. Everyone is friendly.
