They allowed to chk in early as long as the room is ready. Location is not easy to find, the taxi driver sent us to the wrong building but it is really near to the railway station. The washing machine & dryer machine which is very good to use. Overall OK to stay 1 night but it will be good if they do the maintenance.

The room it old and the shower room downstairs can’t be used

Reception is located on level 10, not ground floor. Service was good as I arrived about 2am and he waited for me. Everything was explained to me and receptionist was friendly. A little old but everything else was decent gor the price

Review for foreigners:
1) location is excellent, from hotel entrance you can go to the right and make it to the station. There are 7/11, a lot of places to eat
2) nobody speaks English , so you better bring Chinese speaking friends
3) room was cleaned every day, but to my disgust we found out that conditioning has a lot of mold on it. We saw it only on the second day , so we did not switch the room. Also check out dust level on washer and dryer . Having washer and dryer is still convenient, but manuals were so dirty that I wanted gloves to use them.
4) overall place is okay. Just need some really good cleaning . Some amenities are also old, but if cleaned would be okay.

We have a pleasant stay. The hotel location only next to MRT and High-speed Rail. It have a direct access through parking area during day hours. Will stay again at this hotel if come to Shenzhen again. Recommended

I love to come here, my favourite place in SZ North station area… but during years and probably due to Covid19 they haven’t invested much

Bad that smoking is allowed, you could smell the cigarette 🚬

The guest room must be checked by the supervisor before we can arrange guests to check in.
