Very clean and comfortable room. Diverse choices and high quality of breakfast menu. Special appreciation to Ms. Zoe (Front Desk) who was pleasant to talk with, very helpful and professional.

The room decor was lovely and new, and it was very clean. The breakfast was also excellent, with many freshly made local specialties. It's a shame the coffee at breakfast wasn't great; it was a bit weak. Other facilities like the gym and pool were also well-equipped.

My stay in the Deluxe King Room at the Sheraton Shenzhen Nanshan Bolin Tianrui was absolutely fantastic, exceeding all expectations! The room was spotless, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. The hotel's ambiance was elegant and upscale, with a stylish lobby. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, making for a wonderfully quiet night's rest. The service throughout was professional and attentive, from check-in to check-out, it was efficient and thorough, and all my requests were promptly handled. The facilities were also comprehensive, making both work and relaxation very comfortable. This hotel is perfect for business travelers. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Nanshan!

I had an injury while using your shower facility at the gym. My head was pinned by a sharp object around the shower faucet, my head was torn and it started to bleed. Your hotel duty manager was late to come down to the gym reception area, I was not able to get a first aid treatment as you did not have an ointment just a sanitizer.
I was probably bleeding for a good 10-15 minutes and there was no way for me to directly contact my partner in the room as staff said "we are separate from the hotel so no phone access". This is a joke right?

The environment is great, the room was clean, and we even got a free upgrade to a deluxe room with a ball pit – awesome! 👍
Upon arrival, someone greeted us and guided us, and the service attitude was excellent. When we left, a staff member helped us with our luggage and opened the car door – fantastic! 👍
The buffet dinner had an amazing variety of dishes, both light and innovative, and everything tasted delicious. We ate until we couldn't move! The breakfast also had a huge selection. My family said we *must* give it a full five-star review! Thumbs up! 👍
Next time we're in Shenzhen, we'll definitely stay here again!
