同一預訂5間房間，卻分了3層，每層都要匙卡出入，因和長者一齊，非常不方便。要去到15樓（大堂）叫人按電梯才能到其他層數。除此之外，房間大而乾淨，浴室沖涼位有少許污垢。早餐選擇都算多，六百幾住一晚包早餐都可以。
