Cresher Serviced Apartment

Not sure why this service apartment rating is only 9.2. This hotel is the best among all the other hotels I’ve stayed during this trip. What you saw on trip.com is what you’ll see in actual fact so I didn’t bother to take pics of the apt. The apt is very clean and nicely decorated. It’s very quiet means you can’t hear anything from the neighbouring units. There’s housekeeping service everyday and with amenities. There’s 24 hours front desk service also. We have no problem checking in at 2+am in the morning. The breakfast is simple and nothing to rave about. It’s not really near Dongmen pedestrian street, got to didi there. It’s near the upscale MixC though. I will not hesitate to recommend big families to stay in this apt. Thank you Cresher for the nice stay!

Very nice service, all day 24-7 quick response. The hotel is well equipped with utensils and other utilities. I asked for cooking utilities and extra blanket and they reply really fast

Second time to stay in the hotel, my daughter loves it a lot so we came again, we all have a wonderful night. We definitely will stay in this hotel when we visit next time.

This is our 2nd stay at Cresher within a month. Everything was just as we have expected, comfortable room, home away from home and excellent location to get around Shenzhen. Staff were always attentive and friendly. We certainly will be back again. Line 9 is just downstairs and very handy to take one to the lovely Shenzhen Bay Park.

Everything you need is easily accessible. **Check-in/Check-out:** The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, with helpful translations that made everything very straightforward. **Deposit:** One thing to keep in mind is the requirement for a deposit, which is refunded upon checkout, so be prepared for that. **Space and Amenities:** The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. **Breakfast:** I particularly enjoyed the local-style dim sum breakfast delivered right to my room—it was a delightful touch! Overall, this serviced apartment is ideal for big groups looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, friendly staff and perfect location. Apartment is fantastic, we have a duplex and it's in great condition and very clean. Very value for money too, price includes breakfast.

The metro entrance is just right outside the building. The entrance to the lobby is on the left side of the building once you come out of exit A1 of Ludancun station. The building is modern. The surroundings are clean. Checking at the reception was smooth at the lobby. The hallway had a strong smell of Dettol Antibacterial disinfectant. The apartment was tastefully furnished. The bedding was comfortable. Bathrooms were spotless. The kitchenette was well equipped with quality cutlery which made our stay more enjoyable. Breakfast was delivered to the apartment. We could leisurely enjoy our breakfast. The only drawback is the traffic noise in the evening. It is not an issue if you are tired from walking all day. Overall it was a great stay for the three of us. I would love to stay here again.
