Hotel is too old. And people are not friendly. I was surprised to see old dirty rooms. I tried to cancel hotel immediately after seeing the room but reception said i couldnt cancel due to ctrip policy. However i had similar conditions and i did cancellation for other hotels. Hotel has pool and sauna but sauna was cold. Pool was noisy with people and it was so much bright. Gym machines were old. I dont recommend here. Do not get deceived by pictures. There are much much better hotels nearby this area in half price. This hotel was over 80usd. Please do not waste your time and money in this hotel

Hotel is very conveniently located next to Huaqiang Bei electronics market. Hotel, although oldish has maintained a very good standard and very well priced. I will definitely stay there again.

Have visited many times for work, and this time with family. The Pavilion strives toward first-class standards and isn't too far off, but the room design and room interiors are dated. (90s-ish?) In need of a renovation.

I found my stay to be a unique experience that I would recommend trying out at least once. However, I personally wouldn't choose to stay here again due to the dated facilities. Its a nice old style hotel. Great swimming pool and fitness area. I played tennis there with an instructor. The breakfast is quite good also.

Good service,location is good and the price is right

Check-in was smooth, with a free upgrade. Hotel is older, but clean with nice decorations. Room was decent and comfortable, although there's no individual climate control due to the age of the building. Staff is friendly. My only complaint is that they couldn't provide a place for me to charge my e-bike, even for a short time. I even found a spot in the parking garage, but they made me move it outside, across the street. It then took me over an hour, and 50¥, to find a suitable place. Not the most relaxing way to start my staycation.

The hotel isn't new, some things look tired. But the service was nice and the price not that high

Awesome location and a very nice hotel. The room was old fashioned and clean and I liked the huge window and the tidiness. The breakfast was nice as well. You have both western and Chinese food of plenty, and it was delicious. The location is right on huaqqang north, and it’s a great spot to move around from in Shenzhen! The metro station is right in front of the hotel. Thank you very much for your hospitality ❤️

Welcoming and very supportive staff. Good was good . House keeping and others services were very good .
