前台小姐姐和服務小哥哥都很nice，入住的環境整體感不錯，雖然對比澳門的喜來登設施還是會有一些差，可能是因為在深圳地標的原因畢竟開了一定的時間，可以在洗刷的牌子選擇跟上國際牌子會更好。但不影響服務質量水平。整體感覺也是很好。
