各方面都很滿意，特別要感謝酒店賓客關係部的Mona，提早一天已為我們準備，首先幫忙升級三間房到高樓層的豪華海景房，當日提前1點到達也為我們準備好可以提早拿到房間(正常是3點才能拿房)，房間也為小孩子準備了小禮物，也幫忙安排酒店內的中餐廳職員訂一桌生日飯，生日蛋糕也是主動送給我們的，最後還幫忙延遲退房到兩點，所以事情都盡力幫忙處理到位，謝謝你Mona.
下次會再來，也必定找你處理事情🙏👍

帶小朋友過生日，選擇入住這個酒店。私人沙灘，多個游泳池讓在週末人多的時候有更多選擇。需要特別肯定的是，有專門的賓客關係部門的提前聯繫，Mona 得知是小朋友過生日，還升級了房間並貼心準備了房間佈置以及小禮物！非常貼心！下次還會再來！

想先説一下槽點，辦理入住登記和退房的前台服務態度很一般，這次套餐是有旅拍和趣趣島，自助早晚餐的，前台衹解釋了自助早晚餐，其他的要主動問，旅拍要提前一天在健身房等級，我們是第二天才問，已經沒時間了，趣趣島活動是我們在酒店房間看介紹才知道位置和時間，也沒體驗到。這點確實不如我們佛山的洲際服務到位。非常不人性化的一點就是沙灘，是酒店的私人沙灘，住店都能去，到店當天是隨便進出的，第二天想説退房後走走沙灘再走，沒想到門口有人守着，説一定要出示房卡才能去，我説剛退了房，直接翻臉説不能進了，為什麼不能出示預訂訊息進入呢？房間是有為孩子準備洗漱用品，如果能備一張小矮凳給孩子上廁所或刷牙就更好了。優點也是有的，前台服務態度是很一般，不過禮賓部服務卻非常好，點贊。酒店地理位置確實好，就在沙灘旁，而且是私人的。房間面積大，很舒適，床品和洗漱用品質量都很不錯，唯一就是廁紙好薄。自助早晚餐的菜品很豐富，食材也很新鮮。從佛山出發，高速不塞，主要是到城市路段會塞，大城市嘛，能理解的。總體來説，值得一刷，不考慮二刷。
