合泰熙琳酒店（羅湖蓮塘口岸店）設施，衞生，環境，服務等各方面做得都比較好，由其是大堂辦理入住服務員辦業務登記效率快，素質高，百問不煩，比如問問周圍旅遊等方面的問題，服務員都能認真解答回覆，説明業務能力強。就是早餐比較單一，品種不多，也可能是餐費價格低造成的！
