房間空調沒熱風，水也不熱，20年前的老裝飾，門板都破舊發黴了

設施：很差勁。酒店十二點沒有熱水，花灑根本沒有水。打電話給前台，前台反饋熱水管壞了要等一兩個小時後才有熱水，反饋花灑沒有水，衹有一名保安上來查看情況，説可以安排隔壁房間洗澡，最後不了了之。（ps：隔壁房間也是涼水！）
衞生：很差勁。沒有一次性拖鞋，牙刷都是開過的。床單、被子都是潮的，門也不能反鎖。
服務：很差勁。根本不能解決問題，五星級服務，四星級酒店，真是笑死。
