福田口岸地鐵直到觀灁湖，在新城門口就有免費穿梭巴到酒店，適合一家大小去渡假放鬆。職員態度良好，有禮貌。

之前一直聽朋友推薦Mission Hills，帶上家人一探究竟。到步禮賓員亦主動前來幫忙拿行李，主動介紹周邊遊玩攻略，得知酒店內及周邊遊玩項目很豐富。前台姐姐服務熱情、專業，賓至如歸噶感覺。酒店環境很好，被高爾夫球場圍繞，推開房間陽台門景色綠油油映入眼簾，可以盡情吸氧。房間衛生很乾淨，設施齊全。交通方面園區內有免費shuttle每20mins一班車可以去到MHmall，mall有出口連接地鐵口，非常方便。完美超出期待值，會推薦朋友亦會再來度假!👍👍👍

酒店的員工服務貼心，需要的物品都會準量安排，櫃枱員工也很耐心地教我們如何使用**訂餐，可是接駁巴士去商場的車不夠大，要排很久才有車，這方面浪費不少時間，希望貴公司能安排較大的巴士接載旅客。
